Important: It is the customer’s responsibility to identify and mark all underground services including gas, water, power, sewer, and NBN prior to the commencement of work. These must be located by a licensed service locator or by obtaining plans through Dial Before You Dig (call 1100). All relevant information must be provided to the team on the day the job is scheduled.

Important

It is the responsibility of the customer requesting the service to arrange any necessary payments with third parties. The remaining 50% balance will be invoiced upon completion of the job. Payment is to be made in full within 3 business days of the final invoice as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. *
